Prompted by numerous requests from our clients we are now able to provide HR Management support.

We recognise that different companies want various levels of support for their businesses, therefore we are confident our flexible approach to providing HR support will suit the diverse needs of our clients.

Our Advice Line

The advice line service enables the business owner/manager to contact our dedicated HR service as many times as they need to during the course of their contract with us. We don’t tie our clients in to 3 or 5 year contracts, our contracts are renewable every 12 months, and based on the number of employees you have at the time the contract is renewed! All advice is confirmed in writing on email so you are never left wondering what action points were agreed. Our advice line gives the following benefits;

• You speak with the same person each time you phone, giving total continuity of advice.
• Any forms or letters that need generating as a result of the advice are provided at no extra cost.
• You will receive a monthly newsletter dedicated to HR issues.
• On-site support, if required is charged at a substantially reduced hourly rate

Contracts and Handbooks

Did you know that by the time an employee has been employed in their role for 8 weeks they are entitled to a written statement of terms and conditions? This is usually referred to as the Contract of Employment, which is often supported by a Staff Handbook. We can draft these documents on your behalf, ensuring they reflect the vision of your organisation, rather than being standard ‘off the shelf’ examples. The process is pain free, and could save you hundreds of £’s at Tribunal.

On Site Support

Depending on the needs of your business, you may require regular or ad-hoc on site HR support. It may be that you have a difficult staff meeting to Chair, or you need general administration work completed on a regular basis. Whatever your requirements, we can provide the solution that best suits the way you work.

Projects

The topical areas of HR Management are vast; therefore it is important you get the right advice, at the right time. Setting up policies and procedures, or implementing HR initiatives can be a daunting task, but we can work with you to provide the most relevant and appropriate solutions.
